We accept returns and issue a refund for unused products if you are not satisfied/happy with your purchase. You have to inform us the same within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product. Once the return is authorized, the product (s) needs to be sent back to us within 7 days of authorization. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of receiving the product.
There is an admin/credit card transaction fee of 3.5% which will be deducted for a refund. Since we offer shipping all over India, the shipping cost will be deducted for a refund.
In case of COD orders, the shipping + COD charges are non-refundable.Return shipping charges will be borne entirely by the customer.
Returns will not be accepted for used/opened items.
Any shipping charges paid by the customer while purchasing the products cannot be refunded. This includes custom duties, taxes if applicable or paid by the customer at the time of receiving the products.
